*This package does not include any other court filing services, filing fees, service of process, the initial pleadings for your spouse, default paperwork, the Declaration of Disclosure for your spouse, any attorney representation or attorney consultations. Under this package, you provide all of the information, and we prepare the above paperwork in an uncontested divorce in which you will be representing yourself in and out of court, and negotiate your own settlement.  This package does NOT include any default documents.
