Court Filing Fees and Service Not Included

*This package does not include any court filing services, filing fees, service of process, completion of any proof of service, the initial pleadings for your spouse, default paperwork, the Declaration of Disclosure for your spouse, any attorney representation or attorney consultations. Under this package, you provide all of the information, and we prepare the above paperwork in an uncontested divorce in which you will be representing yourself in and out of court, negotiate your own settlement, arrange for the filings with the court and arrange for your own service of documents.  This package does NOT include any court fees, any filing fees, process of service, default documents.
