*This package does not include index filing, any court filing services, filing fees, service of process, completion of any proof of service, other documents, any attorney representation or attorney consultations. Under this package, you provide all of the information, and we prepare the basic paperwork for the initial filings in an uncontested divorce in which you will be representing yourself in and out of court, negotiate your own settlement, arrange for the filings with the court and arrange for your own service of documents. This package does NOT include any court fees, any filing fees, process of service, default documents, the Declaration of Disclosure documents or the Judgment documents.
